Virtual Group Training - BellFusion
BellFusion is a virtual kettlebell group training program designed for coaches and high-level enthusiasts. Combining 3x per week programming with 1x per week live virtual training session with the group, this course will explore the spectrum of kettlebell training, from the hardstyle to the softer styles.
You will come away with more proficient and confident kettlebell skills, better coaching techniques, and a reinvigorated kettlebell training journey.
