Sarah’s Training Philosophy

Sarah’s style of coaching guides her clients towards 3 pivotal qualities – strength, confidence, and ease of daily living. These are the cornerstones of her guidance, and where she believes holds the most importance of the lives she has impacted.

Sarah’s approach to strength training guides her clients towards not only physical results, but physiological and phycological results as well. She helps her clients rehab or prevent injuries, increase their bone density, build resilient muscles, and coaches proper form and technique. Strength gains physically also translates to mental strength and feeling stronger in one’s mindset. Sarah believes being on a training regimen is one of the highest forms of self-care you can give to yourself.

Gaining mental and physical strength, in and outside the gym, inevitably leads to higher self-confidence and self-belief. That confidence comes from pushing through mental and physical barriers, and realizing just how strong and capable you can be.  Simply put, when you are able to accomplish hard things in the gym, it translates to accomplishing hard things in life. This makes training the perfect parallel for crushing anything that life has to throw at us.

This newfound strength and confidence leads to the undeniable ease of daily living, in a physical and mental way. Through building strength, daily tasks that may have taken a harder toll on the body become more manageable. When we feel stronger to take on life’s tasks, our mental health increases as we feel more able-bodied and capable throughout the day.

The strength, confidence, and ease continuum is cyclical in nature. Each leads to the next and ultimately brings us to a higher state of health and wellness in every facet of our lives.
